The Institute accepts calls from parents during the following hours:

“I enjoyed how a portion of the training focused on childhood development and how it relates to the reading programs. That was instrumental in assisting me with speaking with parents about where their children were. The Institute was a fantastic company to work for and I will continue to recommend it to everyone.”

Chris

Former Program Advisor

“I love being able to help parents find solutions for their students’ needs.  And I absolutely love the fact that for the first time in my life I am being financially compensated in direct proportion to my work ethic.  I was very surprised when I made bonus my first week on the phones, and even more surprised that I kept getting bonuses.  This has been a great journey.”

Joanna

Former Program Advisor

“My supervisor was available, dependable, and specific in his coaching. He was clear with expectations and performance measurements. He really built an atmosphere of trust with his team which allowed us to seek coaching when needed instead of waiting for issues to compound. I’m glad to be back!”
